First of all, the choice of the word house lies is historic and complex and filled with subtlety. Ultimately, what comes out of it is the symbol of a physical and cultural family. Receiving you, means sharing with you something that is professional and intimate.
When you come to our house, you will be welcomed, if not by ourselves, then by people who can convey our values and ideas about Champagne, both produce and region.
Sharing is at the core of our profession. Through training and guiding those who work with us, in the reflection around projects and investment for the future of sustainable champagne making, respectful of the land and above all, future generations.

VISITS
IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ALL THERE IS TO KNOW…
A visit of the vineyard will help you understand the passionate and complex day to day work of a champagne producer within this great appellation. You will, of course, learn about our history, our vineyard, the various stages of work on the vines and wine making, touring the winery and the cellar. We organize these visits to afford an educational and chronological approach to our work all year round, from the vine to the tasting. During a moment dedicated to you, we will explain what we mean by blending, bottling, ageing on laths, riddling, disgorgement, and dosage.

Tasting
GET COMFORTABLE AND LET
YOUR SENSES SPEAK
At the end of the visit, or just for a tasting, you will have a chance to do some comparative sampling. The robe, nose, attack, texture and length, you can come up with your own words. Which of our champagnes do you prefer? What strikes you most? The influence of reserve wines, the grape variety, the complexity linked to the vintage? This will be an opportunity to discuss the stages mentioned during the visit. But it is also the time for sharing and conviviality that we particularly enjoy, as it is thanks to your reactions, questions and opinions that we go forward.
